The hotel was located short walk to nearest restaurant, the main Hunter Valley Wineries and garden and the Hunter Valley Retreat. The rooms were well-equipped with a fan kept by the extremely helpful staff. The location was unbeatable in the woods-spacious-pet friendly-huge areas to walk around. Everything was lovely and exceeded high expectations.

it was an absolutely great hotel in a nice quiet area, very close to the hunter valley for the weekend on a 2 night package and the main hunter valley wineries and garden and dog friendly vineyards. the staff was very very helpful, providing a good service. the location was peaceful and nice, overlooking garden.
